4. Research and market analysis

The content of training: The process of market research, consumer behavior; Potential markets; Market Segmentation: Analysis of competition, analysis of behavior consumer / client; motivational analysis, management of brands, and the effects of advertising campaign.

 

5. Coaching

The content of training: Coaching as managing style and a tool for raising and Maximizing of one’s own and team performance, empowerment and business associates in general; level of motivation in business and in life through the prism of a coach / managers; Definitions, historical development and current practices in coach industry. Coach implementation for the development of performance of people and businesses in general; Key coaching elements in the process, listening, intuition, language, questions (''ask, do not  command''), not to judge, descriptive feedback; Psychology of non taking power / giving power; Methods of listening; Quality say and creativity language, syntax and sentence structure in coaching; awareness and responsibility in coach and business processes as the basis for  improving the  results; description and practice of  grow models , structure coach session; Creation of SMART goals and the importance of coach; Reality as part of coach;
