A SMALL PART OF THE BIC OPENING HOURS

Business Innovative Centre was ceremonial opened on 5 december 2008. Numerous institutions and organizations representatives were the guests at this manifestation organized bz the City od Kragujevac on that occasion Ron van Dartel, the ambassador of the Netherlands was the guest, too, and he turned to the other guests.The Netherlands is one of the donors for Business Innovative Centre project. The ambassador also visited the new rooms of BSC Kragujevac. During the brief conversation with the personnel, he was given information about the current activities ind Business Start-up Centre and the plans for 2009.

BUSINESS INOVATION CENTRE
Will accept first tenants on December the 1st 2008. Official opening ceremony will take place on December 5th. Whole project supports Government of Dutch Kingdom with 180.000 euros.
Between new tenants, who successfully passed public call criteria, are winners of Business Plan Competition BSC Kragujevac - DIZAJN STUDIO BOX, EUROMARKET and SIMOD.

VII INTERNATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP FAIR
Will take place in Blegrade from November 27th till November 29th 2008. BSC Kragujevac will participate together with some of BPC winners. Products will be presented by:
Ivana Vukićević (honey and propolis products),
Aleksandar Jovanović (tools for metal and wood),
Milenko Bugarčić (plastic barriers),
Uroš Tomić (hearing flaps) and
Marko Takovac (IT - software development).
Business Inovation Centre will be also promoted at Fair.
Beside BSC Kragujevac, its own benches will have BSC Zenica, BSC Bitola and BSC Bar. They will also promote their BPC winner comapanies.
Whole promotion at this Fair is organized in partnership with Regional Agency for Economic Development of Sumadija Region.

BSC Kragujevac will organize three day training for employees of Sunce doo Kragujevac. Topics covered by training will be: Change Management, Stress Management, Team Building, Time Management, Coaching and Skills of Successful Business Communication. Trainers will be: Maja Pesic Rakanovic, Sladjana Milosevic and Danijela Nedic.

BSC and SPARK staff from Balkan region attended Project Cycle Management Training, held in Skopje, Makedonia, from 10th till 14th November 2008. Whole organization provided SPARK Amsterdam. Trainer was Ger Roebeling, from MDF .

SUCCESS OF OUR BPC WINNERS
One of our 2007 BPC winners, Aleksandar Jovanovic, won medal for quality of products, at 11th Fair of Economy, held in Paracin, from 16th to 18th October 2008. He procudes tools for wood and methal. He became a member of Association of Entrepreneurs Sloga Kragujevac, one of our project partners.

Entreprise SIMOD, one of our BPC winners, will participate at IT event in Amsterdam, from 19th till 21st November 2008. This event is organized by SPARK. Its aim is making links between Dutch companies and Balkan IT SME`s.

TRAINING MODULE COACHING
Takes place this week. Trainer is Sladjana Milosevic, President of Europian Council for Mentoring and Coaching Serbia . Coaching is one of modern management tools, aimed for improvement of employees performances. This module is very popular between our participants. Check why! Become our participant! BSC Kragujevac also started its publishing activities, in order to reach larger group of young people interested in developing their own skills and knowledge. We published following books till now:

ISO STANDARD IMPLEMENTATION
BSC Kragujevac continues support to SME`s from Kragujevac in the field of ISO Standrad Implementation. Contract of cooperation was signed with 18 companies tiil now. If you are also interested, we can help you with financial support - we can pay 50% of ISO implementation procedure expenses. Maximum financial support can not be more then 10000 euros.
Call for applicants is open without deadline, till the certain number of companies apply. Number of beneficiaries is limited by project budget.

BST SERTIFICATE CEREMONY
BSC Kragujevac organized BST certificate party in Hotel Kragujevac. More then 100 participants, trainers, parnter representatives and other BSC associates came and enjoy our ceremony. BST participants who successfuly completed our trainings received that night certifcates and books published by BSC Kragujevac.

BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION
Business Plan Competition aims to support young people, from Serbia, interested in developing their business ideas into sustainable business. Business plans can be prepared for start up of new business or developing onogoing business.

Business Plan Competition takes place once every year.

Eligible to participate are all young people, age 18 to 35, from Sumadija district.

Quality of business plans is evaluated by official jury, composed of experts for entrepreneurship development.

Best business plan can win following awards:

   * Micro credit from 1000 to 10000 euro maximum,
   ** Indivdual consultancy services, in amount of 2500 euro,
   *** Free registration of their business,

   **** Premises in Business Inovation Centre, for most inovative business ideas.

BSC Kragujevac opens this year competition on October 1st 2008. Deadline for submission of business plans is October 31st 2008. Official proclamation of winners is expected for late of December 2008.
